Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Technical Support with our industry-leading client in Richmond.

We will accept corp to corp or w2 contractors. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities of Senior Technical Support:
  • Provide application support and issue identification
  • Respond to calls received from the support channel effectively and quickly
  • Help identify, remedy and detect core issues resulting in candidate and partner complaints
  • Utilize Salesforce to track and escalate tickets for end users
  • Assist with on-boarding of new agents

Required Qualifications of Senior Technical Support:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification; Associates Degree preferred
  • 5 years of technical experience in an Enterprise environment
  • At least 1 year of remote help desk support experience
  • ITIL Certification preferred
