Our industry-leading client is seeking a talented Service Center Technician to work with them in Charlotte, NC.

This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities of the Service Center Technician:
  • Provide customers with a single point of contact for all IT Business and Technical issues
  • Engage in continuous learning of systems and processes to enhance quality of service and provide resolution
  • Make recommendations for improvement of the Helpdesk and Support functions within IT
  • Work flexible shifts on the 24/7 Service Center
  • Provide coverage when organization has major system implementations
  • Provide support for telephone, laptops, desktops, smartphones, tablet PCs , hand-held computers  and printers
