Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity for a Service Desk Technician to join our industry-leading client in Bowie.

Applicants must be willing and able to convert to FTE following contract.

Responsibilities of the Service Desk Technician:

  • Provide over the phone support to both internal and external users
  • Resolve hardware and software incident/service requests
  • Manage assets, including updating, deploying, and securing equipment

Requirements of the Service Desk Technician:

  • Associate's degree in Business or IT and/or at least 2 years of equivalent experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of computer repair/troubleshooting experience
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work within a team-based environment
  • English/Spanish bilingual a plus
  • ITIL experience a plus
