We have an excellent opportunity for a ServiceNow Developer with our industry-leading client in Southhborough.

This is a rare 100% remote position that can work anywhere in the United States! 

Due to federal security contract requirements, applicant must be a US Citizen willing to work on a w2 basis.

Responsibilities of the ServiceNow Developer:
  • Coordinate with SMEs to gather requirements and understand use cases
  • Help to create the foundation for a distributed, API-driven microservice to automate cloud platform
  • Build automated tests for all developed solutions to meet or exceed requirements for business goals
  • Educate business partners on ServiceNow features and customization capabilities 
  • Participate in Agile development process, including sprint planning and retrospectives

Requirements of the ServiceNow Developer:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a complex/large scale organization
  • At least 2 years of experience with JavaScript
  • At least 1 year of experience developing with REST APIs
  • Broad knowledge of IT operations and how ServiceNow can improve status quo
  • Familiarity with and utilization of ServiceNow best practices
  • Knowledge of the CMDB functions of ServiceNow
  • Experience in a Scrum team
