Our client seeks an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support a major enterprise ServiceNow implementation and transformation initiative. The role will design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow solutions across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on development experience and a proven track record delivering ServiceNow capabilities in large, complex environments. This is a 24-month contract opportunity requiring onsite attendance in Orlando, FL four days per week.
Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $72.00 to $82.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities.
- Develop and support solutions across ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, Service Catalog, and HRSD.
- Create and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Flow Designer workflows.
- Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and third-party APIs.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, administrators, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in solution design sessions, technical reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and implement performance improvements.
- Document configurations, customizations, and development standards.
- Adhere to ServiceNow development best practices and governance processes.
Experience Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience developing and configuring Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer, Service Catalog Items, and IntegrationHub.
- Experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
- Understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and development lifecycle.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability and willingness to work onsite in Orlando, FL four days per week.
- Preferred: ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, or CIS, and experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, or HRSD in enterprise environments.
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
