Our client seeks an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead a large-scale ServiceNow implementation and transformation program for a major enterprise organization. The Project Manager will drive project execution, manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with business and technical stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow capabilities across multiple business units. The ideal candidate brings a background managing ServiceNow implementations, enterprise software projects, and Agile delivery teams while maintaining accountability for scope, budget, schedule, risks, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of the ServiceNow implementation program, from planning through deployment and stabilization.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource forecasts.
- Coordinate activities across business stakeholders, ServiceNow developers, architects, administrators, vendors, and executive leadership.
- Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committee reviews, and executive status updates.
- Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Ensure successful deployment of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, HRSD, and Service Catalog.
- Partner with business stakeholders to align project objectives with business priorities.
- Support Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release management activities.
- Monitor project health through KPIs, dashboards, and status reporting.
- Drive organizational change management, user adoption, and communication strategies.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and organizational governance standards.
Experience Requirements:
- 7+ years of project management experience leading enterprise technology initiatives.
- 3+ years managing ServiceNow implementation or enhancement projects.
- Proven experience managing multiple workstreams, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and implementation methodologies.
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, resource planning, and project financials.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience working within Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet.
- Ability and willingness to work onsite in Orlando, FL four (4) days per week.
- Preferred: PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe, ServiceNow CSA or Implementation certifications.
- Preferred: Experience leading ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, or HRSD deployments and supporting enterprise-wide implementations with 5,000+ users.
- Preferred: Experience within media, entertainment, hospitality, tourism, or theme park environments.
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
