Job Description

Are you a skilled technologist with broad expertise in SharePoint administration and service desk support?

Are you interested in working for a high profile government integrator to support federal directives?

If so, we may have the ideal role for you with our client in Kansas City.

Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a US Citizen with an active Secret clearance (or Secret clearance reactivation eligibility without investigation).

Responsibilities of the SharePoint Consultant:
  • Execute SharePoint service desk functions and activities
  • Manage call center, incidents, and events
  • Perform patching of platform as required
  • Resolve or escalate calls as needed
Requirements of the SharePoint Consultant:
  • Several years of hands-on SharePoint administration experience
  • Experience in a service desk support environment
  • Experience with an enterprise ITSM tool (Remedy)
  • Experience with vSphere, Active Directory, and Splunk
  • IAT Level II certification 
  • ITIL Foundations certification a strong plus
