Job Description

Our industry-leading client is dedicated to supporting a healthy work/life balance for all of its employees. They are currently seeking a solution-oriented Site Reliability Engineer to drive the development and delivery of innovative software solutions.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. Qualified applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis.

Responsibilities of the Site Reliability Engineer:
  • Build software and systems to manage platform infrastructure and applications
  • Improve reliability, quality, and release time of software solutions
  • Measure and optimize system performance
  • Strive to continuously innovate and evolve solution delivery
Requirements of the Site Reliability Engineer:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Structured and OO programming skills in at least one: Python, C#, Java, C/C++, GO, JavaScript
  • Experience with Azure services, automation, and scaling; Azure Storage, NFS, HDFS, Mesos, Kubernetes, Yarn
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and metric, analytic, dashboard, and alerting tools
  • Proactive approach to spotting problems, areas for improvement, and performance bottlenecks
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, solution-oriented approach
