Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity for a Software Development Engineer in Test with our leading client in Austin.

This is a contract to hire position; all applicants must be willing and able to convert to FTE following contract duration.

Responsibilities of the SDET:

  • Design automated testing solutions in support of continuous improvement and delivery processes
  • Develop comprehensive enterprise-level automated testing framework
  • Troubleshoot and resolve automated script failures
  • Collaborate with Scrum teams for quality reporting

Requirements of the SDET:

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of development/testing experience, including automated scripting
  • Extensive experience developing and executing scripts with Selenium, Java, TestNG, Maven, and Jenkins
  • Extensive experience with API testing tools: SOAP, Rest-Assured, etc.
  • Experience conducting code reviews and maintain code repositories in Git
  • Experience testing in Azure, AWS, or GCP
  • Experience with Azure DevOps
  • Experience with CI/CD
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum
