We have a great opportunity for a Solutions Architect with our leading client in New Britain.

Responsibilities of the Solutions Architect:

  • Develop and maintain architecture standards and best practices
  • Understand business capabilities and devise enterprise system design and change requirements
  • Design and lead the implementation of a solutions architecture based on business strategy
  • Monitor current-state solution portfolio to identify deficiencies of aging technologies
  • Analyze industry, competitive, and market trends to determine potential organizational impact
  • Facilitate the assessment and selection of software products and services
  • Document all solution architecture design and analysis work

Requirements of the Solutions Architect:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related; or, equivalent experience
  • At least 7 years of experience, including at least 5 in IT solution development 
  • Excellent understanding of all network architecture and infrastructure components
  • Knowledge of financial models and budgeting
  • Motivated self-starter with exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and technical skills
