Our client is an American publicly owned investment firm that is headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland.  For more than 75 years, our client has been dedicated to putting the customer first so they feel confident in investing through them.  They are currently looking for a Splunk Analyst to join their team.

Responsibilities of the Splunk Analyst:

  • Work closely with internal application teams and BA's to support business functions
  • Troubleshoot software and configuration errors as needed
  • Install and patch Splunk environment as needed
  • Raise tickets and track problems/incidents with Splunk directly
  • Analyze and provide hardware and software server specifications
  • Triage system issues and outages, raising and responding as needed

Requirements of the Splunk Analyst:

  • At least 3 years of Splunk administration experience required
  • Experience in a Linux environment
  • Cloud based Splunk experience is a plus
