Are you a senior-level Business Analyst with the desire to join a highly regarded organization as a long-term contractor?

Responsibilities of the Sr. Business Analyst:
  • Collaborate with leadership and end users to understand current state business processes
  • Lead reviews of business processes; develop process optimization strategies and recommendations
  • Document business requirements, system requirements, and technical specifications
Requirements of the Sr. Business Analyst:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of relevant hands-on experience as a Business Systems Analyst
  • Experience leading requirements gathering sessions is key
  • Experience with UI design patterns and user-centered design methodologies
  • Experience with software development in a test-driven environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Agile software development, including Scrum and Kanban
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, across technical and non-technical audiences
