Our client is seeking a Senior Integration Developer to design and deliver enterprise data integrations, ETL pipelines, and API-based solutions supporting Sales, Service, and Distribution. The role emphasizes Snowflake integrations, SSIS support, and .NET development with C# and Blazor, with ownership of performance, scalability, and technical leadership in an Agile environment. The team values reliability, office attendance, and demonstrated ability to deliver solutions. Familiarity with AI-assisted development is expected.
This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Rate: $55.00 to $60.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines across Snowflake, SQL Server, and SSIS.
- Build and support data integration workflows and ensure data quality and consistency.
- Develop RESTful APIs using .NET and integrate applications with data platforms and APIs.
- Troubleshoot application and integration issues across environments.
- Design integration patterns including batch, real-time, and API-driven approaches.
- Contribute to architecture decisions and enforce secure coding and data governance.
- Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and drive engineering standards.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Support production systems and optimize performance.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering efficiency.
Experience Requirements:
- 8+ years of development experience with a data and integration focus.
- Expertise in Snowflake and strong SQL and data modeling skills.
- Prior SSIS experience with ability to support existing environments.
- 5+ years of C#, .NET, and Blazor or transferable modern UI experience.
- 5+ years of ETL experience across Snowflake, SQL Server, and SSIS.
- 5+ years of Microsoft Azure development including Functions, DevOps, Service Bus, Repos, and Pipelines.
- Experience working in Agile teams using Scrum or Kanban.
- Proven leadership, mentoring, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Preferred: Azure Data Factory or similar tools, and GitHub Copilot or AI-assisted development.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
