- Route requests to appropriate solutions architects and analysts to determine the best response, recommendation, or proposal.
- Coordinate across architects, analysts, and development teams to shepherd each request from submission through proposed solution, tracking status and removing roadblocks.
- Communicate status, timelines, and proposed solutions in clear, non-technical language and manage expectations.
- Monitor intake volume, response times, and engagement metrics; identify trends and opportunities to streamline the intake-to-delivery process.
- Refine and improve workflow, triage criteria, and routing logic based on feedback and operational data.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, requirements, decisions, and outcomes to support transparency, reporting, and governance.

- Experience establishing or maturing CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows with strong Git fundamentals.
- Experience leading code reviews, setting coding standards, and mentoring developers.
- Strong understanding of application security concepts, Active Directory, and identity and access patterns in enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Office, including SharePoint Online, Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, and OneDrive.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical recommendations to engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work onsite in a federal environment, with occasional Saturday hours for deployment activities.
