Are you a highly effective Project Manager with solid knowledge of patient services within the biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry?

If so, we may have the ideal role for you with our innovative client in Boston.

This role is on-site in Boston 4 days/week, with one day of travel per week to New Haven, CT required.

Responsibilities of the Senior Patient Services Project Manager:
  • Guide and deliver multiple high quality digital projects according to time and budget requirements 
  • Provide overall project management within digital team: scope, schedules, risks, issues, deliverables, communications, and compliance
  • Regularly identify, prioritize, monitor, manage, and mitigate project risks
  • Track project metrics to monitor and measure execution
  • Develop and deliver project status reporting
Requirements of the Senior Patient Services Project Manager:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or IT management
  • Solid understanding of PMI/equivalent methodologies; PMP and Agile certifications are preferred
  • At least 10 years of experience in project management or business transformation
  • Experience leading patient services transformation projects within the biotechnology industry
  • Effective project management skills: proven track record of leading complex and strategic projects
  • Ability to execute tactical project-level activities and tasks
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, Sitecore, MDM, CRM
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
