We have an exciting opportunity for a STO Training Officer with our industry-leading client in Fairfax.

Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident with the ability to obtain a [Public Trust/Secret/Top Secret] Clearance. Responsibilities of the STO Training Officer:

  • Plan and execute STO training and planning courses/material.
  • Assist with the integration of multi-level classifications involving sensitive military capabilities during training events.
  • Ensure that indoctrined personnel are educated/trained on STO security policies.
  • Assist STO Planners to define the scope, interface requirements, policy issues, performance criteria, and the development of exercise milestones.

Requirements of the STO Training Officer:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline.
  • 7 to 10 years of relevant experience working within a SCI or SAP environment, which includes least 2-3 years of experience in DoD as an Action Officer or STO Planner or STO Trainer.
  • Must be able and willing to travel CONUS and OCONUS (up to 20%).
