Job Description

Our client is seeking a Support Desk Specialist in a well-known, industry leading company based in Charlotte, NC. 

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities of the Support Desk Specialist:
  • Support and assist with handing technical issues that come from the internal systems users
  • Handle internal support tickets with a high first call resolution rate
Requirements of the Support Desk Specialist:
  • Experience working with the Quality Assurance team
  • Experience supporting all end-users via phone, email or chat
  • Experience utilizing SharePoint and Excel
