Job Description

Our client is looking for a Support Desk Specialist to remedy technical issues within the internal organization.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities of the Support Desk Specialist:
  • Assist with triaging issues that come in from our system users (internal employees)
  • Report to a QA manager and will review and remedy the issue that has been raised
  • Engage with users to provide status updates as well as testing results
  • Test and document software system issues and confirm access, view report updates, etc
  • Write accurate tickets
Requirements of the Support Desk Specialist:
  • Bachelor's degree 
  • At least 5 years experience
  • Excel and Sharepoint
  • Experience using ticketing systems and writing technical support reports and documentation
  • Knowledge of and proficiency with popular operating systems, application software, desktop and laptop computers, printers and networks
