Job Description

Our industry leading client is looking for a Support Desk Technician to join their team. This exciting position is a great way for entry level support technicians to get hands on experience in a fast paced high volume environment. 
Desired Support Experience:
  • Tier 1 support in a fast paced call center environment
  • Must have some call center or phone troubleshooting background
  • Must be able to communicate quickly and effectively with internal employees and contractors
