Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a United States Citizen or Permanent Resident with active Top Secret clearance and TS/SCI eligibility. Qualified applicants must have current IAT Level II certification and MCSA to start.

Responsibilities of the System Administrator:

  • Provide support for 24x7 mission critical systems and services
  • Receive and respond to requests for technical support
  • Support employee technical issues across eight sites
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, resolve, and document application and hardware issues
  • Assign passwords and monitor usage of resources
Requirements of the System Administrator:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of experience
  • Solid background in system administration/encryption device/VTC/VoIP/user support
  • Ability to troubleshoot network issues, routers and switches
  • Experience with Blackberry Enterprise support and solutions
  • Experience with NGEN IT infrastructure and enterprise class networks
  • Ability to administer user accounts and devices in Active Directory
  • Ability to work independently
