Job Description

They are currently looking for a System Administrator to join their incredible team.

Due to federal contract requirements, applicant must be a US Citizen.

Responsibilities of the System Administrator:

  • Monitor and maintain systems to ensure availability and performance
  • Follow documented processes and recommend opportunities for process improvement
  • Document issues and escalate as necessary

Requirements of the System Administrator:

  • CompTIA Security+ CE certification
  • Experience with server and service-level monitoring software
  • Experience using an enterprise ticketing system
  • Knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft-based technologies
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong teamwork aptitude 
  • ITIL v3 Foundation Certification preferred
