Job Description

Are you a skilled System Engineer?

Are you interested in supporting a key federal program in a stable long-term contract role?

If so, we may have the ideal opportunity for you with our client in DC.

Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a United States Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Responsibilities of the System Engineer:
  • Support daily operations of enterprise applications
  • Administer services in accordance with agency policy
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve application problems
  • Develop and maintain standards and procedures
Requirements of the System Engineer:
  • Master's degree and at least 11 years of progressive experience
  • At least 4 years of experience supporting COTS applications in an enterprise environment
  • Experience with Windows Server 2012 R2 and/or 2016 operating systems
  • Experience automating repeatable processes using PowerShell
  • Ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues
  • Excellent customer support and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
