This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $68.00 to $78.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:

- Lead the architecture and delivery of Apptio/IBM TargetProcess.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver business-aligned solutions.
- Implement best practices in application development to enhance performance and security.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Support delivery of AI outcomes within the tool and across the broader ecosystem.
- Engage stakeholders to communicate progress, challenges, and solutions.
Experience Requirements:

- Typically 6 to 10 years of related experience.
- Strong expertise in software engineering and application delivery methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
Education Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced degree preferred.
