Our industry-leading client is seeking a talented Agile Team Coach to work with them in a highly collaborative and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities of the Agile Team Coach:
  • Mentor, train, and coach teams using Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies
  • Collaborate with and facilitate teams through the course of challenges with an Agile framework
  • Propel improvements by teaching analogous real life examples from an Agile perspective
  • Implement Agile best practices such as TDD, DevOps, CI, and test automation
  • Encourage collaboration and evaluate Agile maturity of IT lines of business and teams
  • Utilize relevant metrics and troubleshoot issues in tandem with leadership
Requirements of the Agile Team Coach:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
  • At least 8 years of experience in Information Technology including software development, IT Architecture, etc
  • At least 3 years experience as an Agile Coach
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or member of an Agile delivery team
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT full development life cycle
  • Solid coaching, negotiation, and mentoring skills
  • Ability to interface with stakeholders to achieve goals
