Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Tech Writer with our industry-leading client in Boston.

We will accept corp to corp or w2 contractors. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities of the Tech Writer:

  • Create documentation in relation to to SDK integration, code snippet examples, and consumer-facing user guides for iOS and Android applications. Documentation should utilize business specifications and technical data.
  • Utilize GitHub, Javadocs, Jazzy and writing in Markdown.
  • Work closely with developers and designers when there is limited technical documentation to start in an Agile environment
  • There’s also a non-technical piece regarding the documentation and maintenance of consumer-facing user guide for the application that will be installed on iOS and Android. 
  • This documentation is in regards to support users who are installing the application for the first time and using the various features within the application.
