Job Description

We have an exciting role in the Westwood area as a Technical Lead to join our industry-leading client.

Responsibilities of the Technical Lead:

  • Build/Configure iPads (iOS), Tablets (Win10)
  • Support trainers and during local training session preparation and end user classes
  • Support end users resolving technical issues during initial device deployment till project close
  • Perform, Support and document results for Application and Device Functionality Testing
  • Application and device trouble shooting of image(s) and individual devices
  • Onsite support for end users and trainers for iPad, Laptops and Windows Tablets
  • Provide leadership/support to deployment technicians

Requirements of the Technical Lead:

  • Experience with iOS, Win10, SharePoint, Application Support, iPad and Win10 Tablet deployments
