Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity for a Technical Policy Writer to join our industry-leading client in Lexington.

Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident with at least an interim Secret Clearance.

This long term contract position has a great benefit package that includes Medical, Dental and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Requirements of the Technical Policy Writer:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Subject matter expertise in NIST 800-53/171 policy requirements
  • At least 1 industry certification in project management or cyber security
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience, with federal government experience preferred
  • Strong background in information assurance training and information security practices
  • Proven track record of excellent technical writing, particularly translating technical writing into actionable insights
  • Clear and effective communication skills
