Description:
Our client is seeking a Program Manager with a background in technology to assist in digital modernization efforts to the cloud.
Responsibilities:
- Drive discussions and conversations with stakeholders to ensure clarity and understanding.
- Communicate complex issues effectively to leadership.
- Engage in hands-on management of projects, with a focus on technical details.
- Utilize Jira for project tracking and management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Experience Requirements:
- Must have 10+ years of experience in highly complex technology environments, preferably in Financial Services
- Must have strong experience using Jira
- Excellent Stakeholder Management experience required
- A strong foundation in project management and business/system analysis.
- Ability to work independently and drive discussions in a technical environment.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required (preferably in business administration, finance, computer information systems or related fields)
- PMP certification a plus
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
