We have an excellent opportunity for a Technical Program / Project Manager to join our large and stable client in Boston.

Responsibilities of the Technical Program / Project Manager:

  • Define project scope and objectives by coordinating with all relevant stakeholders
  • Manage project scope and budget to ensure adherence to approved spend
  • Measure and assess project performance; perform risk management to minimize project risk
  • Document and report on project performance to key stakeholders
  • Allocate resources and assist in the development of functional requirements
  • Coordinate between internal resources, third parties, and vendors

Requirements of the Technical Program / Project Manager:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline preferred; PMP certification required
  • At least 10 years of experience managing software development projects
  • Solid technical background in software development or web technologies
  • Experience in Master Data Management or Identity Access Management solutions preferred
  • Experience leading a development team to deliver software applications
  • Experience developing data conversions, interfaces, workflows, and reports
  • Demonstrated proficiency in web application technology and technical terms
  • Experience in Scrum or Agile development environments
  • Experience delivering large and complex data solutions
  • Ability to develop close working partnerships with vendors
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
