They are devoted to providing a rich and diverse environment among both students and staff. Our client is currently seeking a passionate Technical Support Analyst to join their team.

Responsibilities of the Technical Support Analyst:

  • Respond to all tier II support requests related to learning technologies
  • Escalate support requests and see them through to resolution
  • Engage with project teams to provide subject matter expertise
  • Create, maintain, and execute configuration changes and maintenance tasks
  • Work with existing infrastructure to help with development and testing
  • Develop and maintain up to data documentation

Requirements of the Technical Support Analyst:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline
  • At least 3 years of progressive experience as an application administrator or end user support
  • At least 1 year of experience with Agile software development, Java applications, Oracle 12, and Informatica
  • At least 1 year of experience with instructional design concepts and theories
  • Experience with instructional technologies such as Adobe Connect
  • Recent experience with Kaltura, Canvas, and D2L administration (higher ed preferred)
  • Clear and effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Ability to troubleshoot and interface directly with faculty and staff
  • Experience with Windows and OS X desktop, as well as iOS, Android, and Windows mobile
