Job Description

We have an exciting new position as a Technical Support Analyst at our prestigious client's location in Boston, MA (Longwood Area)

We will accept corp to corp or w2 contractors. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities of the Technical Support Analyst:

  • Client Desktop Systems deployment and administration
  • Mobile device and print management
  • In person and phone support with personal solutions consulting
  • Project implementation 
  • Technical training and knowledge management
  • Applies knowledge of Microsoft and Apple products
  • Change management and risk management processes
  • Uses and updates support ticketing system
  • Telecom Troubleshooting, routers, TCPIP, Firewalls, VPN's and voice services
