Are you a passionate IT Specialist with a track record of providing excellent customer support?

If so, we may have the ideal role for you with our leading federal integrator client in Quantico.

This is a contract to hire opportunity. Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a United States Citizen or Permanent Resident with an active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities of the Technical Support Specialist:
  • Answer incoming requests for service desk support
  • Leverage ticketing system to troubleshoot, resolve, and/or escalate technical issues
  • Correlate events and incidents for ITSM
Requirements of the Technical Support Specialist:
  • At least 1 year of IT customer service experience
  • IAT Level II certification
