Are you a passionate Technical Support Specialist with Windows help desk support experience? Are you interested in working for a leading healthcare organization? If so, we may have the ideal role for you with our client in Tampa!

Responsibilities of the Technical Support Specialist:

  • Support end users on a range of issues
  • Identify, research, and resolve technical problems
  • Effectively prioritize issues and escalate to management as necessary
  • Maintain and enhance a strong working knowledge of supported systems 
  • Document and monitor issues to ensure timely resolution
  • Respond to alerts or emergency issues within fifteen minutes 

Requirements of the Technical Support Specialist:

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred - or equivalent work experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in a tier one or tier two help desk position on a Windows OS environment required
  • Experience with at least three: Windows 2000/XP Professional clients, Citrix Metaframe XPe ICA/web clients, help desk experience, MS Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Network+ or A+ certification preferred
