Job Description

Are you a passionate Technical Support Specialist with at least one year of help desk support experience?

Responsibilities of the Technical Support Specialist:
  • Support end users and resolve technical issues on a limited basis
  • Receive phone calls, emails, and personnel requests for support
  • Document, track, and monitor problem to ensure timely resolution
  • Respond to alerts or emergency issues within 15 minutes during business hours and when on call
Requirements of the Technical Support Specialist:
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience in a help desk role in Windows environments
  • Experience installing, maintaining, and supporting workstations, services, applications, and printers
  • Experience with at least three: Windows 2000/XP Professional clients, Citrix Metaframe XPe ICA; help desk environment, MS Office
  • At least one of the following is preferred: A+, Network+, CCNA, CCDA
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
