Job Description

Are you a motivated Technical Support Specialist interested in growing your skill set to ensure rapid request response and incident resolution?

If so, we may have the ideal role for you with our client in Wellesley. 

This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities of the Technical Support Specialist:
  • Monitor ticket flows in ServiceNow ticketing systems
  • Monitor a central inbox for client requests and escalations
  • Work with internal teams and external clients to schedule work requests
Requirements of the Technical Support Specialist:
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience and demonstrated success in a service desk related position
  • Familiarity with Word and Excel
  • Ability to follow complex instructions
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to learn new tasks and technologies quickly
  • Clear and effective communication skills
