Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity for a Technical Writer to join our globally recognized higher education client in NYC.

Requirements of the Technical Writer:

  • Ensure web content meets relevant digital accessibility standards
  • Review articles in IT knowledge base for coherence, clarity, and accuracy
  • Ensure web content adheres to relevant style guides

Requirements of the Technical Writer:

  • Strong technical writing and editing experience
  • Demonstrated aptitude in HTML and CSS coding and editing
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional writing/editing skills
  • Familiarity with Google Apps
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment
  • At least 5 years of technical writing/editing preferred
  • Knowledge of WCAG 2.0 standards preferred
