Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Writer with our industry-leading client in North Quincy.

We will accept corp to corp or w2 contractors. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities of the Technical Writer:

  • Document business software changes for end-user audiences.
  • Create and maintain online Help content (for business software)
  • Document processes and procedures for business units impacted by the software implementation.
  • Create technical documents for IT and business analyst audiences that will support deployment of the new software solution.
  • Assist in development of other program-related documents.

Requirements of the Technical Writer:

  • 5 years’ experience creating both business and technical documentation
  • Experience with tools for document processing and creating illustrations
