Are you a passionate SOC Analyst with broad knowledge of cyber security and threat vectors?

If so, we may have the ideal role for you with our client in Fairmont.

This is a contract to hire opportunity. Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a United States Citizen with the ability to maintain a Top Secret clearance or TS/SCI (Interim Top Secret acceptable).

Responsibilities of the Tier 1/2 SOC Analyst:
  • Participate in and support 24x7 center operations
  • Proactively monitor and provide near real-time cyber security status and reports
  • Operate with direction to investigate and escalate in line with protocols and SLAs
  • Follow documented procedures with a focus on improving efficiency
Requirements of the Tier 1/2 SOC Analyst:
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience in cyber operations
  • Rudimentary understanding of cyber landscape and typical threat vectors
  • Inquisitive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work 24x7 shifts (8 or 12 hour rotating shifts - days, nights, holidays, weekends)
