We have an exciting opportunity for a Training Project Manager with our industry-leading client in Gaithersburg.

Responsibilities of the Training Project Manager: 

  • Support strategic planning for their assigned TA 
  • Provide standards development and oversight of those learning
  • Oversee program management for assigned area, asset development and deployment process ensuring everything meets company policy
  • Oversee executive reporting and analytics 
  • Conduct evaluation of training programs and ensure best practices
  • Provide strategic communication plans as well as execute those communications through approved systems 
  • Oversee training content asset management and the knowledge management of those materials in the master repository
  • Serves as lead LMS content administrator

Requirements of the Training Project Manager: 

  • BA in a related field 
  • 3 years experience in training, adult learning, operations management, or organizational development
  • Able to manage a varied set of responsibilities and work effectively in a cross-functional team environment 
  • Collaborative abilities, understanding of disease areas to align business acumen concepts with the impacts of therapeutic applications
  • Strong project management,  analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to utilize widely-known business software applications
