Are you a highly skilled UI/UX Designer with the ability to manage responsive web design tasks across the full development life cycle?

Are you interested in applying your expertise to support matters of national importance?

If so, we may have the ideal role for you with our leading government integrator client in Baltimore.

Applicant must be willing to sit onsite in Baltimore. Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. Additionally, applicant must have lived in the United States for three of the last five years.

Responsibilities of the UI/UX Designer:

  • Support responsive design throughout full development life cycle
  • Produce design artifacts, including storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes
  • Design pages with tools like Axure, Balsamiq, and Sketch
  • Work within a collaborative Agile development environment
  • Analyze usage metrics for trends, issues, and opportunities 

Requirements of the UI/UX Designer:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline
  • At least 6 years of UI/UX experience for dynamic, database-driven web sites and CMS systems
  • Hands-on experience with Axure, Balsamiq, and/or Sketch is required
  • Experience developing standards-compliant front end code with HTML, CSS, and Angular, React, or equivalent 
  • Experience with Eclipse, Jenkins, GIT, Jira, Jasmine, Karma
  • Working knowledge of user centered design and government regulations, including Section 508 compliance and accessibility
