Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity for a User Experience Researcher with our leading educational client in Hoboken.

Responsibilities of the User Experience Researcher:

  • Solve business problems with user centered design
  • Work with technical team to design and report on user research
  • Actively contribute to team's research and design process

Requirements of the User Experience Researcher:

  • Master's degree or equivalent in Human Computer Interaction, Psychology, or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of work experience as a User Experience Researcher
  • Extensive experience in user-centered design methods and best practices
  • Experience with test method selection, experimental design, screener creation, moderating, surveys, reporting, and presentations
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Formal presentation experience
  • Ability to create and manage research studies over short sprint cycles
  • Ability to work with onsite and remote teams
  • Motivated self-starter
  • Accessibility research knowledge is a plus
  • Lean UX experience is nice to have
