Fortune 125 client is currently hiring for a UX Researcher to support their team in their Charlotte, NC location.  
 
As the User Experience Researcher you will be responsible for engaging with end users establishing functionality for a large mobile application project. This is a great role for an Architect looking to grow your work portfolio for your next role.

The ideal UX Researcher  profile includes:
  • Drive the end-to-end research process for varied projects, including planning, kicking off with internal stakeholders, identifying methodologies, recruiting and screening participants, running research, and documenting/socializing insights.
  • Conduct generative, formative, and evaluative qualitative research with travelers using a variety of methodologies, including field studies and remote tests.
  • Adapt and innovate research methods for fast feedback, when necessary.
  • Communicate research findings and insights to stakeholders.
  • Maintain research archive.
  • Collaborate closely with other researchers, designers, product managers, and engineers.
  • Champion empathy for our travelers by engaging team members in the research process.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to align research insights with product roadmap.
