Job Description

We have an outstanding opportunity for a highly experienced UX Researcher with our leading healthcare client in Boston.

Responsibilities of the UX Researcher:

  • Design, analyze, and produce reports from gathered data
  • Leverage usability testing, field studies, interviews, and other methods for data collection
  • Help to manage lab schedule and equipment and lead tours that showcase state-of-the-art equipment and research methods
  • Work with product teams to identify and prioritize user research requirements
  • Collaborate with product teams to resolve issues identified via research

Requirements of the UX Researcher:

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in an equivalent role
  • Experience with R and Python for statistical analysis
  • Exceptional organizational skills. close attention to detail, and excellent teamwork skills
  • Ability to present research findings effectively
