Are you a skilled Validation Engineer with a solid background in pharmaceutical drug development?

If so, we may have the ideal role for you with our client in Kalamazoo.

Responsibilities of the Validation Engineer:
  • Develop and validate manufacturing processes for drug products
  • Conduct tests and measurements at various stages to determine control over variables
  • Investigate deviations that occur on the manufacturing floor
  • Perform root cause analysis and determine and implement appropriate corrective actions
  • Lead technical improvement projects to reduce defects and improve equipment reliability 
  • Identify and implement cost saving measures
Requirements of the Validation Engineer:
  • Strong background in Engineering or Chemistry required
  • At least 2 years of experience is ideal
  • Strong work management and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Manufacturing experience highly preferred
  • Pharma experience a plus (not required)
