We have a wonderful opportunity for a passionate Visual Design Lead with our innovative client in Boston.

Responsibilities of the Visual Design Lead:

  • Translate concepts into high quality visual solutions that meet business objectives
  • Apply brand-identifying attributes, including typography, imagery, and color choices
  • Provide QA support for creative deliverables
  • Foster a highly collaborative environment
  • Build a strong rapport with team
  • Partner with multiple clients

Requirements of the Visual Design Lead:

  • At least 8 years of design and interactive work experience, including a strong design portfolio
  • Solid understanding of the latest programs, including Mac OS, Photoshop, and Illustrator 
  • Understanding of HTML/CSS and web browser capabilities
  • Experience with a responsive framework
  • Passion for design and collaboration
  • Motivated self-starter with strong multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to communicate creative ideas
