This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Responsibilities of the Vulnerability Management Analyst:
  • Manage and administer vulnerability management program and tools
  • Provide continuous gap analysis between threat landscape and enterprise environment
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, security, effectiveness, and data management
  • Continually implement industry standards and best practices to manage vulnerabilities and exposures
  • Lead investigation for incident response and review of system logs
  • Deliver dashboards and reports to a wide audience
Requirements of the Vulnerability Management Analyst:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and at least 5 years of experience
  • Expertise in vulnerability management tools: Qualys
  • Expertise in working with governance, risk and compliance tools, in highly complex, large and highly regulated environment
  • Advanced knowledge and experience in a security engineering or security operations team in a large enterprise environment
  • Effective in both a quantitative and qualitative approach to achieve the desired deliverable
  • Experience managing, analyzing, organizing, and communicating large amounts of complex security data
