Job Description

Our client is a leading American bank holding company with nearly a thousand branches across the country. Our client has been an innovator in the industry, doing everything from helping pioneer the mass marketing of credit cards in the 1990’s to the sponsorship of NCAA Bowl Games. Our client currently has a need for a Workday Analyst to join their team in Richmond.

Responsibilities of the Workday Analyst:

  • Develop data-driven solutions that meet both enterprise and customer needs
  • Create custom reports in Workday on HR metrics  
  • Partner with HR and Payroll teams on system upgrades and releases

Requirements of the Workday Analyst:

  • Solid Workday reporting experience
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to translate technical design requirements into business language
  • Good process analysis skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
