Job Description

We have a wonderful opportunity for a Workday HRIS Manager to join our industry-leading client in San Diego.

We will accept corp to corp or w2 contractors. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities of the Workday HRIS Manager:

  • Analyze large sets of data and ensure conversion is accurate
  • Manage and resolve defects in coordination with implementation partner
  • Write and execute test scenarios with business team and report defects
  • Utilize standard reports from Workday and adjust as needed for client requirements
  • Develop training materials and ad-hoc end user support materials

Requirements of the Workday HRIS Manager:

  • At least 5 years of HRIS and/or HR experience
  • At least 3 years of experience with Workday core HR and compensation
  • Proven expertise configuring and maintaining processes, settings, security, reports, and dashboards in Workday
  • Results-driven, with a strong customer focus
  • Creative problem solver with cross-cultural respect
  • Adaptable in a dynamic environment
