Our client seeks a CTV Paid Media Coordinator to support acquisition and performance marketing efforts that drive subscriber growth. The role will assist with planning, execution, tracking, optimization, and reporting for paid CTV campaigns across major device partners. This position will collaborate with CTV specialists and cross-functional teams in programmatic, strategy, testing, and creative.
Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $30.00 to $33.00/hr.

Responsibilities:
- Support planning, execution, optimization, and reporting for paid CTV campaigns that drive measurable subscriber growth for streaming services
- Coordinate campaign setup, creative and tracking requirements, and trafficking with internal teams and partners.
- Manage budgets, pacing, and reconciliation while maintaining accurate media plan updates.
- Prepare and deliver performance reporting with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Communicate with media and device partners.
- Collaborate with CTV specialists, programmatic, strategy, testing, and creative teams to ensure alignment and quality execution.
Experience Requirements:
- 1+ year professional experience or relevant internship experience in paid or digital media. Media agency or digital marketing internship experience is a plus.
- Background in programmatic, paid social, display, CTV, or adjacent performance media channels. CTV experience is not required.
- Direct-response or performance marketing experience preferred.
- Ability to independently plan and execute campaigns and engage directly with partners.
- Capability to contribute strategically beyond operational support.
- Familiarity with DSPs, Meta or other paid social platforms, Google Analytics, Excel, PowerPoint, or similar media tools. No single platform is mandatory.
- Sports knowledge or interest is a plus
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
