Rate: $85.00 to $95.00/hr. w2
*Strong, current portfolio required. Portfolio review is a critical component of the evaluation process.
- Demonstrates strategic thinking, not just visual design
- Clearly shows the problem, approach, decisions, and outcomes
- Includes complex enterprise, B2B, platform, or workflow-driven projects
- Highlights collaboration with product, engineering, and business stakeholders
- Portfolio website should be modern, intuitive, accessible, and professionally presented
Responsibilities:
- Lead UX strategy and hands-on product design for complex enterprise applications
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
- Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable solutions
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and business leaders to shape product direction
- Present design concepts and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Drive consistency through established design systems
- Work across multiple projects and business areas in a fast-paced environment
- Leverage AI tools to improve workflows and user experiences
Experience Requirements:
- 10+ years of Product Design, UX Design, or Experience Design experience
- Expert-level Figma skills
- Strong experience with UX strategy, research, and complex problem-solving
- Proven success designing enterprise, B2B, SaaS, or highly regulated platforms
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and manage multiple concurrent initiatives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working within design systems
- Familiarity with AI tools and their use in the design process
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, UX, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Advanced degree is a plus but not required
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
